1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order garments cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, clear images of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm if your item is eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping

  • For defective or incorrect products, Divine Syncserve will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For other valid returns (e.g., change of mind, size issue), the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, you will be notified about the status of your refund.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • If paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), we will issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for the same product in a different size, if stock is available.

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-stitched or made-to-measure garments

  • Altered products

  • Accessories (e.g., jewelry, scarves)

  • Sale or clearance items


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund at no extra cost.


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t been processed for shipping.

  • Once an order has been shipped or customized, it cannot be canceled.
